    d. Delivery must be to your home or business address and cannot be made to post office boxes. .

    b. Customized or personalized jewellery items are generally non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

    c. Gift cards or vouchers are non-refundable unless an error on our parts.

    Return Process:

    Exchanges:

    a. We currently only offer exchanges for rings where you have realised that you have ordered the wrong sizing after receiving the product. Contact our support hotline to help assist you in exchanging the ring. Do note that there might be an additional cost of changing the ring if the ring you are changing costs more due to size differences. While we strive to expedite the changing process to meet your expectations, please note that delays may occur if the desired ring size is temporarily out of stock, hindering its availability.

    Non-Returnable Items:

    a. For hygienic reasons, pierced earrings, including earring studs and hoops, are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

    Damaged or Defective Items:
